JOB TITLE.

Suppli Delivery Manager.

DURATION --- LOCATION.

Temporary --- Barcelona.

OBJECTIVE, MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Objective:

-Guarantee that supplier performances in terms of delivery and industrial capacity meet Alstom expectations”.

Missions:

-Develop suppliers on supply chain processes and performance measured with delivery lead-time, OTIF, missing part rate and industrial capacity.

-Support Sourcing for business awarding and supplier panel strengthening according to Supply Chain standards.

-Communicate actively and effectively with SDM network as well as support site Supply Chain to achieve its commitment.

Responsibilities:

-Be the single point of contact for capacity concerns during and after Business Award phase.

-Be the single Alstom representative face to suppliers to deal with capacity delivery issues related to one or many Alstom sites.

-Execute Supply Chain Audit and Capacity evaluation according to Alstom project priorities defined by Supply Chain and Sourcing.

-Define and follow-up action plans using standard tools.

-Assess risks of Supplier capacity to fulfill projects ramp-up for all concerned Alstom sites, highlight gaps and alert in case of risk.

-Ensure that supply chain capacity risk assessment are considered when business awards are given.

-Develop suppliers Supply Chain & Planning maturity when identified through agreed coaching and/or trainning"

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS.

Educational requirements: Master Degree - Industry is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge / Experience: "Supply Chain procurement & production planning solid experience > 5 years.

-ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR…) or ability to use ERP.

-English proficiency (High level) – is able to use English on a daily basis for speaking, reading and writing purposes.

-Experience working in a supplier/customer relationship management (daily activity and performance)".

Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies.

-Ability to deal quickly and effectively with a variety of topics.

-Ability to summarize and focus on the critical issues (priorities settings).

-Good & Effective communication.

-Result driven.

-Remote and multicultural management.
