Role Summary:

A Human Resources Intern, under the supervision of the local HRM, will support to managers and employees on HR processes and systems. We are looking for a University student with some experience in HR area who wants to develop his/her career in a world class organization. She/he will be involved in most of the projects and will have the opportunity of professionally growing.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to local HRM, managers and employees on HR processes, systems and policies

  • Assisting in monthly payroll inputs

  • Data clean up into relevant data management systems

  • Accurate maintenance of employee files

  • Assisting in develop cultural and engagement programs

  • Preparing HR reports from personnel records

  • Collaborating with the different HR Centre of Excellence in the Region Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations

  • Proficiency in office skills including PC skills, Microsoft products knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to operate standard office equipment

  • Strong comfort with technology and social media tools

  • Good time management and planning skills

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish

  • Willingness to learn and participate in the daily operations of human resources

  • Ability to learn new concepts, tools and processes

  • Fluent in English
