THE OPPORTUNITY :

The Top Customers Supervisor will be responsible for the leadership, success and growth of a customer experience team that ensures our fans are provided with world class service while providing tickets to sporting events, concerts, and theatre performances.

  • Sales orientated profile who will supervise a team of 10-15 customer experience team members.

  • Ensures clear, consistent communication between internal StubHub teams.

  • Takes ownership of and solves problems quickly and autonomously.

  • Promotes a positive teamwork enriched environment with increased employee satisfaction.

  • Partner with customer operations and sales to meet company goals, respond to escalations, improve processes, and adhere to company guidelines.

  • Addresses individual needs through coaching and teaching to improve learning and enhance performance.

  • Demonstrates customer focus by seeking out, understanding, and responding to the needs of both internal and external customers.

  • Acts like a business owner, taking care of the needs of the unit.

  • Attentive to and understands the views of others.

Required experience and Key Competencies:

  • Fluent (C1 level) in English and Spanish. Other languages would be useful.

  • Very clear sales orientation, with demonstrable experience within call center management or commercial area.

  • Capable of designing and implementing Customer Experience solutions that exceed buyer and seller expectations.

  • Data driven. Is able to analyze and interpret data to create metrics, and take decisions based on this.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and influential capabilities.

  • MS Office Skills, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce or Ariba a plus

  • The TC Supervisor will work across either the APAC or LATAM regions. Therefore flexibility regarding working hours is essential.

  • Sports/music industry/ticket brokerage experience a plus.
