Inside the Demand Planning team of IT Division, we are looking for someone **

who's main mission will be:

To administer the collaborative sales forecast process on a monthly basis to generate, monitor, control and report on forecasts for defined area of

the business. Key objective of maximising customer service and optimising inventory levels through improved forecast accuracy.

who's main duties will be:

  1. Ensure the monthly forecast process is developped as per the CSF Process standards and using Demantra tool

  2. Accurately forecast product demand using historical data and latest market intelligence

  3. Analyse and identify forecast deviation for review with the Marketing Managers and/or Sales Managers to allow for corrective sales

or forecast actions to take place

  1. Identify, verify and review exceptional demand at the point of order receipt and recommend to sales organisation or inventory department appropriate

actions

  1. Liaise with the Sales & Marketing Teams as well as the Specification Team to ensure timely planning in respect of promotional, export, project

and specification activity, advising on stock availability as appropriate

  1. Be the logistics contact for the NPI/Phase-out process for all new product introductions/transitions and agree sign off with the LOB before orders are placed

  2. Feed intelligence into the SIOP process where likely changes in demand patterns affect production in plants and suppliers

  3. Develop effective working relationships with internal customers, understanding their needs and proactively responding to any issues or

requirements that may arise

Essential

Educated to GSCE level or equivalent

Significant practical supply chain planning experience

Ability to work effectively in high pressure and deadline driven situations

Strong project management and problem solving skills

Strong analytical skills with a thorough and accurate approach to their work

Excellent communication and organisation skills

A thorough understanding of stock planning concepts including MRP

A thorough understanding of forecast principles.

Computer literate with very strong Excel skills ( pivot tables, vlookup etc )

Able to deal with large volumes of data and summarise easily

Desirable

Experience in multi-cultural environement

Oracle experience

Location

Position will be based in Western Europe (Preferably in ES-Valencia but FR-Grenoble and IE-Galway would be a preferred options)
