Job Description

Nature of the Job/Purpose and Objective of the Job:- L3+ activities for SAP technical implementation projects .. Lifecycle Management Activities, Incident Handling, Troubleshooting, Technical MonitoringRequired Skills: • SAP Basis expert with extensive expertise in different operating systems and databases• Wide technical expertise in the following technologies: ABAP/NetWeaver, ERP, Java, HANA• Profound IT backend technology experience• Perform installation and lifecycle activities . installations, changes, system copies, parameter changes, kernel updates in various applications• Experience in performance analysis and system optimization• Incident handling and management at OS, DB and application level in a 24/7 working environment

Must Have Knowlege:

·SAP EHPx implementation


·SAP Hana database

·SAP Solution Manager Configuration / Monitoring

·OS: Linux different flavors, Unix

·Databases: Oracle, MsSQL

·System Copy (homogenous, heterogeneous)

·Itil processes

·SAP Portal / Java Stacks

·SAP Performance Tuning

Nice to Have Knowledge:

·OS: Windows, AIX

·Database: Adabas

·SAP Trex

·SAP S/4 Hana



·SAP Cloud Solutions

·WM Ware tools/functionalities

Responsibilities• Driving the implementation and operation of complex customer environments based on SAP technology products• Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes• Coordination with international teams• Compliance with processes and regulations• Identification of potential for optimizations
